Aceh Industrial Estate (KIA) Ladong
The economic growth of Aceh Province is also supported by the provision of the Aceh Industrial Estate (KIA) and providing industrial development opportunities.
KIA is an industrial estate owned by the Government of Aceh that offers a cost-effective way to downstream valuable commodities into high-value products. KIA Ladong was inaugurated on December 20, 2018.
Access advantages for KIA Ladong, Strategic Location Supported: Distance to City Center (22.8 km), to Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport (33 km), to Malahayati Port (11.6 km) and Blang Bintang Toll Gate (11 km).
This industrial area is equipped with supporting infrastructure. The area is also supported by professional water supply, electricity, wastewater treatment and security services.
This business uses a trading scheme where PEMA will purchase palm kernel shells from several PKS suppliers in Aceh Province for further collection at the palm kernel shell stockpile.
KIA Ladong is supported by a land area of 71.5 Ha with the status of Land Management Rights, and the Development Plan for Management Rights reaches 250 Ha.
